Jacuzzi water quality needs improvement!!! Electricity issues caused inconvenience !!! Unpleasant staff attitudes and complete lack of basic amenities like soap were disappointing!!!

The terrace with a view. Inexpensive and very tasty food.
next door there was a party on saturday, so the restaurant was temporarily closed due to lack of staff

I almost gave this hotel a glowing review, but the jacuzzi was filthy and smelled like a wet sock! My room lost power at midnight and I woudl ve expected an upgrade for my troubles. The complimentary breakfast was as dry as the Sahara. Absolutely disappointing, really.

It was spacious, stylish, and decorated with renovated historic furniture. The large LCD TV offered DivX functionality. Plus, the hydro massage shower was a great touch after a long day exploring Poznan!
The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

The kids loved the indoor play area. Our pet felt right at home too. Enjoyed good moments at the nearby park with beautiful walking trails.
In my wife's opinion, a small kiddie pool would be great.

Charming room, good breakfast, the air conditioning helped maintain a comfortable atmosphere , and the jacuzzi was both clean and relaxing after a long day of exploration.

The large apartment was surprisingly stylish and spacious, allowing us to really unwind while soaking in the jacuzzi and enjoying a movie marathon. I loved the chance to relax in the garden area after a long day, which was such a nice touch. The only minor hitch was a mix-up with our breakfast order that got sorted out quickly, so it didn't put a damper on our trip at all! 😊

The reception staff was super polite and helpful. I really liked the little notes about going green, remindin us to turn off the lights and not waste water. The double room was comfy and had a nice vibe. It was a good value for a solo stay.
The room had some issues with cleanliness and the bathroom could've been a bit cleaner. The decor felt kinda outdated and needs some fixing.
